USAV Town Hall: The Offense Approach

This week's USAV COVID Town Hall format included a presentation by our partners from Corporate Sales Coaches on how businesses can call an audible on their offensive strategy. We invited integrators from AV and security and our vendor partners to share their success stories and collaborate with the group. A real-time poll highlighted 45% of the attendees’ are expecting a 10%-20% contraction on their budgets and quotas. Some other key takeaways from the town hall included a business development approach, how to deepen relationships in these tough times and insights on what our altruistic USAV community is doing for others. With companies focusing on “cash is king” and on maintaining culture, how is your approach? Corporate Sales Coaches did a great job setting the stage for the proper approach to clients. The 5-step process will certainly differentiate yourself from the competition. Starting with the human element is paramount, then there are a few key steps that stand out from the rest. One example, a USAV integrator is offering 1st Responder Lunches (911, EOC, Real-Time Crime Center, EMS, etc.) to co-sponsoring meals. Set aside some time for this valuable knowledge share.
