Build a Comprehensive Tech & Data Use Policy
A paragraph in your company handbook saying "be good on your computer" is not enough. A comprehensive technology and data use policy should set clear guidelines for employees—and contractors—on how they are expected to use company computers, mobile phones, passwords, and applications.
