The highly-anticipated Edge Spring Partners Meeting officially kicked off on March 11 in Denver, Colorado! This year’s flagship event brought together more than 80 members and partners for an immersive three-day experience filled with premier education, collaborative opportunities and invaluable networking. Attendees were treated to a dynamic lineup of inspiring keynotes, thought-provoking integrator roundtables and highly engaging partner matchmaking sessions, all designed to foster innovation, strengthen relationships and shape the future of the industry.

LINX Tour and Reception
At each year’s Spring Partners Meeting, an esteemed Edge company takes the lead in hosting the opening reception. This year, LINX welcomed attendees with a memorable reception to kick off the event. In addition, Travis Deatherage and Ted McCausland provided an exclusive tour of their state-of-the-art facility, offering guests a behind-the-scenes look at their operations and innovations.

Keynote Presentation
Day two of the event began with an exciting lineup of powerhouse education sessions on the main stage, starting with an impactful keynote. Sales and Leadership Expert Ryan Estis took the stage to present Sell for Impact: Delivering Value and Winning Customers in the New Economy. In his session, Ryan emphasized the power of empathy in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Through captivating anecdotes and actionable insights, he showed attendees how to humanize the sales process, ensuring sustained business growth and cultivating lasting customer loyalty in the ever-evolving market landscape.

Economic Update
Edge was thrilled to have top-tier speakers Jeremy Bess and Patrick Luce back at Spring Partners Meeting to share their economic insights with their presentation, Navigate the Economy: Prepare for Takeoffs and Landings. The two shared data-driven insights and connections between the industry’s microeconomic environment and global trends seen everyday, providing tools to see through the “noise” of mainstream media and foster well-informed decision-making.
Edge Unplugged: Amplifying Change

During their session, Edge Unplugged: Amplifying Change, the Edge leadership team set the stage for this year’s Spring Partners Meeting where they discussed Edge insights, high-level industry updates, future industry and Edge events and more. Mike Boettcher, Cheryl Walton and Patrick Whipkey also presented this year’s partner awards during their session, highlighting the top partners who have shown unwavering dedication to delivering excellence in the industry. Collaboration and Networking
Following the elite education sessions, Edge hosted Soundboard Sessions: Integrator Roundtables where Edge integrators came together for unmatched collaboration during peer-driven roundtable discussions. Here, integrators were given the unique opportunity to explore innovative solutions with fellow professionals and leave with actionable strategies to improve processes and build on business success in the ever-evolving industry.
Amplify Your Partnership, a matchmaking session, brought together Edge integrators and AV manufacturers for a dynamic networking and collaboration opportunity. Integrators had the chance to explore cutting-edge technology and products with AV experts as well as generate new relationships and strengthen existing partnerships with the industry’s top manufacturers.







To conclude day two, the Edge network participated in an epic showdown of Family Feud Karaoke. Teams went head-to-head in trivia competition where the winning team had the opportunity to sing their hearts out or pass the mic to the losing team. This network knows how to have some fun, and karaoke night proved just that!

Encore: Moving from Fear to Opportunity
Edge wrapped up the Spring Partners Meeting with a transformative, three-hour session led by Alan Schaefer from Banding People Together. During Encore: Moving from Fear to Opportunity, attendees explored how individual traits influence collaboration, drawing parallels between workplace dynamics and musical icons like Jimi Hendrix and Lady Gaga. Alan introduced the "Platinum Rule," a refined approach to the traditional "Golden Rule" that emphasizes the importance of treating others the way they want to be treated. This new perspective highlighted how understanding and respecting peers can enhance team efficiency and camaraderie. By fostering empathy, communication and celebrating differences, Alan inspired attendees to embrace collaboration, turning apprehension into opportunity.
